Players are not allowed to carry, palm or run with the ball.
Players must not touch the net with any part of the body. If the net is said to have hit them rather than vice-versa, then this is ok.
The ball cannot travel under the net.
Players cannot reach over the net and hit the ball.

GAMES: Two (2) - Three (3) Games per night, eight (8) Games Minimum. End of season tournament will take place on the last Friday of the season.

Athletes may request to play on the same team as a specific teammate(s) and/or coach

Individual players will be placed on a team by NSC. 

Schedules will be produced week to week to accommodate teams.

3v3 teams do not require a coach. 

Team uniforms are not required. Teams will be required to have a "dark and light" shirt for games. Reversible jerseys are available to rent for the July 3v3 season.

NOCO Volleyball | July Positional Training - Summer 2026

Our July positional training will focus on developing skills and techniques specific to each player’s role on the court!

DATES/DESCRIPTION: 

July 6th: Backrow (Liberos & Defensive Specialists) 

July 13th & 16th: Setters

July 20th & 23rd: Front Row (Hitting & Blocking) 

July 30th: First Contact (Serving & Serve Receive)

GRADES/TIMES: 

3rd - 6th Grade: 9:00am - 10:30am 

7th Grade - High School: 11:00am - 12:30pm 

(Athletes will be divided by grade group.)
