We want to inform you of a significant renovation project scheduled for Olympic Park that will impact field use and facility access over the coming months. Beginning tentatively after Labor Day 2025, we will be converting the softball infields and soccer field #10 to synthetic turf. We will also be updating the fence backstops and adding netting for safety.

The estimated completion date is spring 2026, with a tentative reopening set for June 1, 2026.

We recognize that this project will directly affect many of our valued rental groups, annual users, and organized teams. We understand the disruption this may cause to your programming, planning and operations, and we truly appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work to enhance the quality and safety of our athletic facility for the long term.

In addition, please be aware that the bathrooms and concessions near the softball side of the complex will also be impacted during the renovation period.

A meeting will be scheduled soon to confirm dates and discuss logistics with our partners. In the meantime, our website will be updated with the latest information as details become available.
