Lap Swimming 

Ages 15 and up

This is an informal lap swim open for all abilities. Seniors, ages 55 and older, are encouraged to attend and receive a discount, thanks to the Marshall Foundation for Community Health! Swimmers can pay a drop-in fee or purchase a summer pass. Thank you to our friends at the Marshall Foundation for Community Health for their ongoing

Summer Lap Swim Pass: $120 ($90 seniors)**

Monthly Lap Swim Pass: $45 ($35 seniors)

 

**A summer lap swim pass does not guarantee you a lane;

swimmers may have to share lanes or wait for an open lane.

Aqua Aerobics– Shallow Water

 

Ages 17 and up

 

Have fun making a splash in low impact but high intensity water aerobics class. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Get moving with fun

motivating music. Bring a towel and aqua shoes (not required), wear swim attire and bring water. Consider bringing hat,

sunglasses and sunscreen.

Aqua Aerobics– Deep Water

Ages 18 and up

Come make a splash! Burn calories, tone muscles, strengthen cardiovascular health and have fun in a low impact deep water aerobics class. Focus is on cardiovascular fitness, overall strengthening, range of motion, core strengthening and toning of the body by performing medium-high intensity exercises in DEEP water. Classes may use resistance tools that include buoyant water weights and noodles, required to use water belts in class (we supply equipment-class size limited to amount of equipment). Must be able to swim. Some medical conditions may not be advisable for class (before any physical activity it is good to check with your physician before starting), please contact office with any questions. Consider bringing sunglasses, hat, and water bottle.
