On this page, you will find the latest Parks and Open Spaces Plans for the facilities and park spaces within the village. Each plan outlines the Parks Commission's intentions for updates and improvements in the village parks. If you have any questions about these plans, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department.

Each plan covers a period of five years. The Parks Commission collaborates with the Recreation and Community Engagement Director, along with other village staff members, to create a comprehensive strategy for improvements and projects to be completed within that time frame.

The planning process incorporates input from citizens through a survey. The results of this survey are considered to help identify projects that the community is passionate about and wants to see accomplished. If you want your voice to be heard, please complete these surveys as they become available. You can also attend our monthly Park Board Meetings to express your opinions about our parks and the projects we are working on.
