This year’s growth across the interlock has once again broken records!
🔹Sanger ended registration with 19 teams
🔹Justin ended with 12 teams
🔹Argyle has 10 teams
🔹Krum has 8 teams
🔹Ponder closed out with 6 teams
With 8 games per team- we have a 23% increase of games from Spring 2024!!
That’s FIVE towns, with FIFTY FIVE teams, THREE game nights a week, with only SEVEN fields available, over a TEN week period. Giving us only THIRTY game nights to work within while also juggling STARR tests, school activities, and much more, is enough to make your eyes cross 😵💫🤕🥴
🙃😞 Sounds like an impossible task right?? Especially for a volunteer… BUT our Vice President Kristen Gates is a miracle worker and she put this schedule together to accommodate all of those things!!!! Aren’t Volunteers just amazing???!!!!!

👀🫵🏼👀You may see you are playing your home game in another town and an away game in your home town, this is to ensure we have umpire coverage for every game. It also ensures all 55 teams get the home team game advantage on 4 games, no matter where the location of the game may be🤜🏼🔥🤛🏼

Another change this season is rainouts✖️
The interlock voted unanimously that Rainouts will be played on a select few Saturdays during the season. Currently those dates are below with location TBD:

✖️May 3rd (penciled in if needed)
✖️May 10th
With the schedule as jam-packed as it is, please always be prepared to play your games or you will forfeit, and a forfeit will impact your team standings.
We will not be rescheduling games around other sports schedules, if your players choose another sports game over their softball game- you have the option to find guest players (per the outlined guest player rules), or play with as few as 7 players …. OR forfeit the game
