Adult Co-Ed Softball League 2025 - Summer 2025

Ward County Sports and Recreation will host the Monahans Adult Co-Ed Softball League.

Must be 18 years or older

Registration fee is $25.00

All participants must be registered on WCS&R website

May form your own team or sign up as a free agent to be placed on a team.

Please indicate if you are a Coach or List Your Coach's name under  "special request", so that you are assigned to the correct team.

Summer Games 2025

Register Now, through July 8th

Registration Fee is $20.00, good for the whole month. Participants must sign up online, so that safety waivers may be signed.

If you bring a friend or relative who is not signed up, a guardian must fill out a sports waiver and there is a $2 daily fee or $5 for the week.

Boys and Girls; 4-12 years old.  A guardian must be present for kids ages 4-6years old.  Drop off is allowed, 7-12 years old as long as there are a couple of adults that stay to help out (You don't have to participate, I just need an added; eyes, ears, and hands).

Location: Event Center Gym

Time: 2:30-4:00pm

This is a P. E. structured class.  We will begin with a warm-up, have a team meeting (go over rules), play games, and cool down.

Please do not bring drinks or snacks.  Water fountains are available.

If you would like to volunteer, please sign up! I would love to have some helpers!

Monahans FC-Youth Soccer - Annual 2025

Monahans FC is the Youth Soccer Program for Ward County Residents.

This is a recreation and developmental league.

Ages: U4 to U17  (U meaning Under)

Note: U17 will be reimbursed if there are not enough players, or applied to a referee shirt. If there are enough players to form a division, you will pay out the remaining $40 registration fee.

This will be a Co-Ed League,  unless we have enough to divide into divisions.

Practice: will begin on June 23rd

Games: will begin on July 7th

Tournament: Middle of August

Games will be played on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. 

Each team will be required to locate a $300 Sponsor. The company name or logo will be added to the team's jersey or banner.

Field Sponsors are also needed, at $500. Your company will be put on a banner. The field will be referred to as; Ex: "Crozier Pipe Field".  Throughout the soccer season.

All Players are required to wear shin guards.  Cleats are optional, we will be playing on grass fields. Note: must provide your own shin guards.

Coaches are needed!  If you don't know anything about soccer, but would like to help.  League President Teddy Figueroa and Vice President Paige Marlow, will set up coach's clinics to help you.

Officials are Needed!  If you would like to earn some extra money, please sign up as a volunteer (this is a paid position).  Again, if you don't know the game well, Teddy will set up a clinic.

We will not have late registration, please contact the rec dept or Teddy if you need assistance, or would like to make payments.

Junior Football League 2025 - Fall 2025

This is a recreational program for the youth to develop football skills and fundamentals while having fun!

League Age, as of September 1, 2025

Flag Football $90

Available to ages 5-10 (Kinder-4th grade)

Tackle Football $160.00

 Ages 11-12 (Grades:5th thru 6th)

If you would like to set up payment options please come by the Ward County Sports and Rec. Dept. and we will work out a plan.

If you would like to coach please sign up as a volunteer!

*Evals and Draft-Aug. 12th (second day of school) No late sign ups

*Practice Opens: Aug. 18th

There is overlap with rec. socer.

Please note this league is only open to Residents of Monahans, and Ward County, per Ward County Sports and Rec. policy.

Youth Volleyball League - Fall 2025

This is a developmental and recreational league, where players will learn the game of volleyball, learn new skill sets, and have fun!

Registration will Close August 22nd

No Late Registrations. We have deadlines to hit to ensure that uniforms arrive on time.

Opening Weekend-Labor Day Weekend

Games will begin- September

City Tournament- Last week of October

Registration Fee: $60

Parents, please make sure that you order the correct shirt size for your player.  The league only provides one jersey. 

If you would like to coach, please register as a volunteer.

Note: Background checks are done on all volunteers.
