Hand Piecing A Quilt - Beginner Style
Hand piecing a quilt has always been a popular form of completing a quilt, as it is easier on your hands than english paper piecing, and you can do intricate designs with Y seams. This beginner class will send you on your way with the readiness and skills of hand piecing, and you will be hooked for sure. Great project for on the go. Let’s get started. Women's Self Defense - Part 2: Skills in Action
This class builds on foundational self-defense principles through practical application and scenario-based training. We will focus on putting your skills to the test with realistic mat work and partner drills, incorporating bag work to refine striking power and technique. Rather than high-intensity cardio, this session emphasizes controlled practice, decision-making under pressure, and developing confidence in real-world situations. Recommended for those who have completed a previous self-defense course, though all experience levels are welcome.
