Middle School Girls Softball - Spring 2025

Teams are divided up by school for this program. There is a Holland Public or Holland Christian option. If your child does not attend either, you can pick either one to register for. Games will be played against other West Michigan softball teams. Practices begin in March with games starting after Spring Break. Practices are determined by coaches, games are scheduled by Holland Recreation. Volunteer Coaches are needed for this program.

  • Where will practices be held?: Practices will be held in Holland. Practice times will be determined by the volunteer coach.
  • Where will games be held?: Home games will be in Holland. Away games will vary throughout the West Michigan area.
  • Are there multiple teams?: Yes, there is a Holland Public team and Holland Christian team. If you do not attend either please choose school of choice.
  • What equipment do participants need?: Holland Recreation will provide game shirts, visors, and helmets. Participants will need black pants, a glove, and cleats. Workforce equipment scholarships are available.
  • Determining Resident versus Non-Resident: A resident is anyone who has a home address within the boundaries of the city limits of Holland otherwise known as a City of Holland tax payer. School district is not our determination factor.
