2025 Adult Sports Free Agent Sign-Up

Looking to get active, meet new people, and join a team this year? Sign up as a free agent for our 2025 Adult Sports Leagues! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to have fun, we will try and find a spot for you.

Our leagues include:

• Adult Softball (Adult and Co-Rec Church)
• Co-Rec Kickball
• Co-Rec Volleyball

Why Join as a Free Agent?

• Perfect for individuals or small groups without a full team.
• Great way to make friends and connect with others who share your interests.

Our goal is to assist teams that are short on players by connecting them with available individuals. If there are enough free agent players, we will form a new team to ensure everyone has the opportunity to play.

Basketball - Winter 2025

Registration opens on September 1st for residents and on September 8th for non-residents. Register early to secure your spot and avoid the waitlist—spaces are not guaranteed!

Registration Period:

• Residents Only: September 1-7, 2025
• Non-Resident Registration Begins (if spaces are available): September 8, 2025

Fees: Residents: $60 | Non-Residents: $100 

• Participants must reside within Wake Forest town limits to qualify as a resident. When an age group has reached capacity, a wait list will begin.

Age Determination:

• Boys: 5-17 | Girls 5-13

• Participants' league age is based on their age as of December 31, 2025.

Proof of Age Required:

• All new participants must provide a birth certificate at registration.

Team Placement:

• Siblings within the same age group will be placed on the same team.
• Specific team or coach requests are not considered.

Practices/Games - Flaherty Park Community Center, Joyner Park Community Center, Heritage Middle School, Franklin Academy High School.
