

2025/26 Season Travel Baseball Registration & Tryout Information
We will be setting up 2 different registration codes for each team. Players will be required to register for both codes:
Players MUST Register for the Parent Fee FIRST (204227)
1. Player Registration - $400Res/$450NR (8U Fee is $265Res/$315NR)
A $100 ($150 Non Resident) deposit will be due within 72 hours of the Team Parent Meeting.
(Payments not received on time run the risk of having their spot vacated.)
- 4 Installment billings will begin at the start of the new year
- January 15th - $75 (8U $55)
- February 15th - $75 (8U $55)
- March 15th - $75 (8U $55)
- April 15th - $75 (8U No Payment)
Families may choose to pay this $400R/$450NR fee in full at the time of registration.
2. Parent/Sponsorship Payment - $400
Players may generate up to $400 in sponsorship money for their team.
Families will be responsible to pay the remainder of what they are unable to generate in team sponsorships
Any sponsorship money is due by March 15th.
Sponsorship payments may be turned into your coach, or the Elk Grove Travelers President or Treasurer
On Monday March 18th the Parent Fees are due to the Elk Grove Park District.
This money will be collected through RecTrac, so payments can be made in person, at the Elk Grove Pavilion, or made online.
No refunds will be given for the Parent Fees after March 15th.

How to Register
Registration for sports leagues is provided by the Elk Grove Park District. If you already have an account with the Elk Grove Park District, the most convenient way to register is online.
You can also stop by customer service at the Pavilion or the Al Hattendorf Center and register in-person.
Create an Elk Grove Park District Account
If you do not have an account, then one must be created by visiting customer service at the Pavilion or Al Hattendorf Center to create one. Family Data Form and Proof of Residency must be provided. Registration may also be completed during account creation.
Each new account in the system will have to show the following:
Proof of Residency (Residents and Non-Residents)
Adults 18+ (choose one): Current resident utility bill, property tax bill, current drivers’ license or government issued ID, or Passport.
Dependent Children under age 26 (choose one): Birth certificate, health insurance card listing the minors, or Passport.
