PICTURE DAY INFORMATION

Coaches should have handed out picture day packets and forms, as well as informed parents and players of picture schedules and locations. Please check your TEAM SITES for all SPECIFIC Picture Day details. If not, please check your team events and calendars or send STAFF a CONTACT US ticket.

The following are instructions from Once Upon a Time Portrait Company:

COACHES

-Collect your team's picture day "Team Envelope" from your league/organization.

-Pass out (1) order form from your "Team Envelope" to each player BEFORE PICTURE DAY. 

-KEEP your "Team Envelope" - you will need to bring it to check-in on picture day 

On Picture Day

Please follow these steps in this order. 

-Coach(es) and players arrive 10-15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled picture time for check-in, payments, and processing 

-Fill out the Team Envelope and turn it in to our staff at the check-in table on picture day. 

-Direct your players to an open TEAM LINE UP # and begin lining up players from shortest to tallest at each marked spot. At this time, parents will have the player hold on to the paid order forms. Pictures will begin at your scheduled picture time. 

-Keep your lineup in shortest to tallest order. Individuals will be done first, then the team. ONLY coaches and players go beyond the check-in area. This keeps for a safe, cohesive, and functional process for all members of picture day. 

PARENTS 

-Arrive at picture day 10-15 minutes before your scheduled picture time for check-in, payments, and processing. 

-Bring back the order form you received from your coach/organization on picture day. 

-Players should be "picture ready" (uniform tucked in, hair done, face clean, etc.) before or during team line-up. 

-Order forms are needed at the time of pictures if ordering. 

-Please make your payment at the check-in table, then pass your paid form to your player when the team is in the team line-up line, as they will need it to take their ordered photograph. ONLY coaches and players go beyond the check-in area. This keeps for a safe, cohesive, and functional process for all members of picture day.

-Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Cash App 

Please note that ALL electronic transactions will have a $2.00 processing fee. 

-Exact Cash: Crew does not carry or provide change. 

-Checks/Money Order: Payable to Once Upon A Time Portraits.
